Short biography:
Graduated from Kirgiz State University in 1984 specializing in History.
In 1991 defended thesis for Candidate in History with the topic Agricultural History of Kirgizstan.
Started to work at BIF KemSU in 1996.
In 2006 defended thesis for Doctor in Pedagogics with the topic Theory and Methodics of Creative Potential Development of Higher School Students.

Conducted subjects:
History of Native Country, Culture Science, Optional Courses on History, Economics History.

Scientific Interests:
Intellect and personality forming; scientific research work organizing; Higher Professional education; Pedagogics of Higher Professional School; continuons (permanent) education; economics, organization, management, planning and forecasting of education; History lecturing.

Participates in work and acts as a member:
Editing Council of Bulletin of Academy of Russian Encyclopaedia (Urals department); coordinate Council on Education in Belovo; Interdepartmental Council on social-demographic development problems in Belovo; municipal interdepartmental Council on professional understanding issues and psychological support of population in Belovo, Academic Council of Kemerovo State University. The Chairman of Academic Council of Belovo Institute (branch) of KemSU. Directs international and Russian scientific projects. Takes an active part in international and All-Russian conferences.
